HYDE PARK SQUARE
The Wembley football stadium needed a lift to be used both for passengers and goods. We overcame the mechanics of this equipment by supporting it on steel beams in the top part of the shaft so that the machine would be supported on a beam next to the CWT hitch point. The car hitch point is supported by a second beam independent of the machine. To reduce machine size and enhance ride comfort, we decided to use compensation chain.

TRACTION MACHINE LOCATED IN THE MACHINE ROOM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT ON A CUSTOMIZED MACHINE RAFT.
400 MM X 495 MM DRUM NEXT TO THE TWO 360 MM DIVERTOR PULLEYS LOCATED IN THE HEADROOM ON STEEL BEAMS.
SMALL CAR, 880 X 830 MM, INTEGRATED INTO THE CHASSIS WITH A HEIGHT OF
2.050 MM.
